Fulcrum Aid offers opportunities to work for a fairer world.

Fulcrum Aid is a volunteer organisation. All of our directors, managers and team members donate their time because of the importance they place on empowering communities to overcome extreme inequality.

Would you like to join us?

As our organisation has grown we urgently need assistance to manage a number of key tasks. If you believe in Fulcrum Aid's vision and have time and skills to contribute we would love to talk to you.

There are opportunities to work with specific country projects and particular development sectors. It can involve a regular commitment of time or be a single event. And many tasks can be performed from your home wherever you live. 

Fulcrum Aid is seeking a Communications Manager.

We are looking for a person with skill, expertise and passion to lead our team in telling our stories about overturning extreme inequality around the world.

The position will be voluntary – just like the rest of the Fulcrum Aid team. We do it because we love it and believe in it.

The Communications Manager will be a creative and strategic leader, skilled in branding, and able to harness the power of modern communication technology. We also value community, and so we are looking for communication systems that provide our network with a sense of belonging.

Most importantly, we are seeking a person with a passion for equality and empowerment of communities experiencing extreme poverty.

Are you over 55 and eligible for Newstart Allowance?

Fulcrum Aid has been approved by the Department of Human Services as a volunteer organisation meaning that people aged over 55 who are eligible for Newstart Allowance can volunteer 30 hours per fortnight to fulfil their obligations to Centrelink. We appreciate the opportunity to access the wealth of experience and expertise of mature-aged supporters who would like to give their time to reduce extreme inequality. We can design a role to cater for a wide variety of skills and can be flexible with time and location. Please This email address is being protected from spambots.
